The executive management of AGA presents a depth of experience and academic credentials.  Lisa Schanbacher, COO, has over 30 years of extensive experience in provider contracting, network management, plan administration, process improvement, and TPA operations.  Paul Selby, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, has many years of experience as a CFO.  On a combined basis, the management team possesses approximately 75 years in the employee benefits business.

AGA is dedicated to customer service.  We stress fast and courteous claims service; accurate accounting of all claims funds, intensive claims cost control through computerized enhancements and experienced claims examiners.  Our clients enjoy one of the most advanced claims and billing administration systems in the country, the Trizetto QicLink system.  While technology has allowed the use of more sophisticated systems, the importance of experienced claims examiners is still critical in identifying and controlling health care costs.  Our examiners average more than seventeen (17) years of experience in claims adjudication.
